HIC-UP! What's it mean?!!!!

HIC-UP! Excuse you! That's funny but HIC-UP! is an acroynm for High Instensity Cardio Up! So, What 's High Intensity Cardio you say? Think of walking or running up a steep hill as fast as you can... how far you can go depends on how much "air" you have. Also, how long is your whole lower body core is going to last? If you are huffing and puffing at the get go and you are only walking... well that means your cardiovascular system needs some work. If you whole lower body core feels like jello that is about to melt...well that might mean your lower body needs some strengthing exercises. There is only one way to improve your cardio and your strength and that is to stand UP and start working on it. Fitness to Go!'s group classes, where we incorporate HIC-UP!, is for all fitness levels and can help you do just that. Plus, a typical class can work you up to a 800-1000 calorie burn!
